- Full Project Lifecycle Management: Provide management and oversight from initial concept and planning through construction, close-out, and warranty.
- Strategic Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; feasibility analysis, budget preparation, risk assessments, and schedule development.
- Procurement & Contracts: Resource planning, develop & issue RFx documents (Request For Proposals, tender documents), manage evaluation & selection, assist & develop contracts (CCDC, OAA, and supplemental conditions).
- Financial Oversight: Review schedules, budgets, and cash flows; perform variance analysis, provide projections, and collaborate on solutions.
- Design & Construction Leadership: Act as lead project manager during design phase, facilitate communication among stakeholders, manage construction activities, conduct regular site visits and provide reports.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify & mitigate risks, resolve issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Communication & Documentation: Lead regular project meetings, ensure accurate documentation (minutes, action items, updates), and provide ongoing communication to stakeholders.
- Quality & Close-Out: Ensure deficiencies are addressed before substantial completion, assist in final project close-out, facilitate warranty walkthroughs, provide necessary project documentation (as-builts, manuals, warranty info).
