Key Services We Offer:

Define project scope, goals and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client vision and objectives.
Assist in the feasibility analysis and budget preparation, risk assessments, and schedule development.
Manage resource planning, including procurement of necessary human, material, and financial resources.
Develop and issue Request For Proposals and other tender documents, ensuring they are clear, comprehensive, and meet client needs.
Manage the evaluation and selection process, including scoring and recommendation of vendors/consultants based on established criteria.
Assist and develop contracts (e.g., CCDC, OAA complete with their supplemental conditions) and ensure all contractual agreements meet project-specific requirements.
Review schedules, budgets and cash flows, perform variance analysis, provide projections and collaborate with team for solutions where needed.
Act as the lead project manager during the design phase, facilitating communication among all stakeholders (architects, engineers, consultants) and ensuring designs align with client requirements.
Lead regular project meetings, ensuring accurate documentation (minutes, action items, updates) are maintained.
Provide ongoing communication and updates to all project stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with the project objectives.
Oversee construction activities, ensuring that contractors adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project delivery and resolve issues as they arise to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
Ensure that deficiencies are addressed before substantial completion and assist in the final project closeout process.
Facilitate the warranty walkthrough, ensuring that all warranties are activated and that the client is fully satisfied with the completed work.
Provide the client with all necessary project documentation, including as-built drawings, manuals, and warranty information.
