  • Deep owner-side expertise as our team brings experience managing capital projects from the development of scope, division 0 and 1 specifications, RFx documents, CCDC/OAA contracts with supplemental conditions, procurement, stakeholder coordination, schedule analysis, cash flow forecasting, and variance reporting up to and including warranty.

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client vision and objectives.
  • Assist in the feasibility analysis and budget preparation, risk assessments, and schedule development.
  • Manage resource planning, including procurement of necessary human, material, and financial resources.
  • Develop and issue Request For Proposals and other tender documents, ensuring they are clear, comprehensive, and meet client needs.
  • Manage the evaluation and selection process, including scoring and recommendation of vendors/consultants based on established criteria.
  • Assist and develop contracts (e.g., CCDC, OAA complete with their supplemental conditions) and ensure all contractual agreements meet project-specific requirements.
  • Review schedules, budgets and cash flows, perform variance analysis, provide projections and collaborate with team for solutions where needed.
  • Act as the lead project manager during the design phase, facilitating communication among all stakeholders (architects, engineers, consultants) and ensuring designs align with client requirements.
  • Lead regular project meetings, ensuring accurate documentation (minutes, action items, updates) are maintained.
  • Provide ongoing communication and updates to all project stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with the project objectives.
  • Oversee construction activities, ensuring that contractors adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project delivery and resolve issues as they arise to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure that deficiencies are addressed before substantial completion and assist in the final project closeout process.
  • Facilitate the warranty walkthrough, ensuring that all warranties are activated and that the client is fully satisfied with the completed work.
  • Provide the client with all necessary project documentation, including as-built drawings, manuals, and warranty information.
